FINANCE OPTIONS
Payment will be in two parts; the consultation and the procedure.
Payment should be made to the hospital where you undergo your procedure. The hospital will
write to you confirming the costs and will inform you of how and when to make payment. The fee
for your consultation can be paid in the form of a cheque, credit card or cash on the same day
as your consultation. Payment for surgery is preferred a week in advance and can also be paid
by cheque, credit card or cash.
